My dear Helena, I cannot believe you are not here to talk too, I keep lifting the phone to call you for advise and you are not their. You were my sholder to cry on, my rock to stand up, no words can describe my feelings of loss. I hope i can live life with your strengths, You had such vigor for life a strength that amazed and an attitude that made the strongest of men wimper, You had an inner strength i can only dream of, you will always be the one i aim to be, sleep well XX
